Region 3 is offering a Membership Engagement and Recruiting Academy designed to give your chapter a head start on organizing around the anticipated challenges with the loss of agency fee due to the Janus case that is currently being heard by the Supreme Court. The event will be held March 9-11, 2018 at the Westin Bonaventure in downtown Los Angeles.
Chapters should send one or two leaders (max) who are ready and willing to be active in membership engagement and recruitment.
Friday, March 9: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
Saturday, March 10: Full day with a group dinner offsite
Sunday, March 11: Wrap up by 12:00pm
CTA will pay for a shared room, self-parking, meals, and mileage. If your participant/s would like a single room, the cost will be $160.
